Ari N. Laric from BSG Law Honored by the Baltimore City Fire Officer’s Union, IAFF Local 964, with the “John L. Seiss, Sr. Gentleman’s Award.

The Baltimore City Fire Officer’s Union, IAFF Local 964 surprised Ari N. Laric from BSG Law with the “John L. Seiss, Sr. Gentleman’s Award,” at their Annual John L. Seiss Memorial Golf Tournament.

This award was established in 2000, and is presented to an individual whose qualities exemplifies the principles of chivalry, courtesy, and honor; displayed through dedication to their family, the labor movement, and the Baltimore City Fire Department. It was a complete surprise and an amazing honor for Ari.

The John L. Seiss Memorial Golf Tournament provides funding for charitable contributions to fire fighters families after line-of-duty deaths and catastrophic injuries. Also, for the first time, the funds raised at the tournament helped IAFF Local 964 to pay for fire fighters to receive proactive ultrasound screenings for cancer.

BSG Law looks forward to being a part of this great fundraiser every year. We were truly blown away when the Executive Board presented Ari with the “John L. Seiss, Sr. Gentleman’s Award,” as the award represents many of our core values, and there is no higher honor than to be recognized for our dedication to family, the labor movement, and helping to protect fire fighters and their families.
