Carl Rach & Ari Laric Honored to Present at the 2024 Hot Tips in Workers’ Compensation Program

Carl Rach and Ari Laric were honored to speak at today’s MSBA Negligence Insurance and Workers’ Compensation Section for the annual virtual presentation of 2024 Hot Tips in Workers’ Compensation. The Program was titled “Offering clarity to the dynamic world of workers’ compensation law.” Carl presented on fee regulations and Ari spoke about representing injured workers with shoulder injuries. The presentations were filmed in advance and then there were live video question and answer sessions to address people’s questions. The sessions had attorneys from the Claimant’s and Defense Bar as well as doctors and even the Chairwoman of the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission; Maureen Quinn.
