Strong work by Carl A. Rach to Protect a Fire Fighter Before the Appellate Court of Maryland

This week Carl Rach was victorious before the Appellate Court of Maryland that affirmed his Jury trial win in the Washington County Circuit Court, where he had reversed a denial of a Maryland Workers’ Compensation claim for a Fire Fighter who developed throat cancer. Thanks to Carl’s tireless efforts this 30 year Fire Fighter and his family will now be protected.
